I’ve just started using the [Google homepage ->http://www.google.co.uk/ig] which is pretty cool. I’ve always had google as my homepage since using the internet often begins with a search and now you can personalise it by adding useful content from various sources. You just need to sign up for a google account.If you use gmail then you already have an account and you can add your gmail inbox to your hompage.

There’s lots to choose from, news, web stuff, funny stuff, etc. I’ve found some magic related stuff, the latest from [About Magic and Illusion ->http://magic.about.com/] and the ‘Latest News’ [MagicTricks.co.uk -> http://www.magictricks.co.uk/]. Unfortunately the magictricks one doesn’t seem to update very often, it’s not really the ‘latest’.
It’s all pretty easy to use as well. Those clever folkes at google are good at designing user friendly web pages. And google continues to take over the world….

Last night I presented my lecture (High Impact magic - great name eh?!) to the [Leicester Magic Circle -> http://www.leicestermagiccircle.org/], which went really well. The guys seemed to like what I had to show them and I don’t think it was just because I am a member! (more…)

The house move is over and we’ve started decorating. Shame I can’t magic it all done in one weekend.

I have a cabaret show tonight, which is great. Word is getting around and my act is getting more popular. No changes to it this time. It’s good to leave things alone for several performances before you make any changes, you get a much better idea of how well it is going over.

Better go and practice now!
