I stumbled upon this amazing [penetration effect->http://www.metacafe.com/watch/40754/stunning_illusion/] performed by a Japanese magician called Cyril Takayama. Make sure you watch it untill the end, it really is a peach.

I love the second part. After pushing a coin through a solid glass table, he looks around for something else and spots a salt cellar. Why not try that if you can do it with a coin?

I’m not too impressed with the service in this bar/ restaurant where they just leave the condiments lying around after the food is long gone (hmmm, a tad suspicious) but apart from that, this is a great magic effect.

I have an idea how the coin through the table top is done, but the salt cellar has really got me.
